Our bodies have an amazing ability to heal and repair themselves when given the proper tools in terms of nutrition, water, exercise, detoxification and rest.
Unfortunately, because of our modern lifestyles, we fall short in most if not all of these basic needs. So what can we do to have adundant energy and vitality? Good health starts with proper nutrition, and proper nutrition starts with proper digestion. You aren't what you eat, you are what you digest.
Virtually every one of my clients needs help with their digestion. If you are eating the Standard American Diet (appropriately named 'SAD') it is very likely that you fall into this category as well.
A few hints that your digestion may not be working as it should:
Feeling bloated after a meal
Burping & flatulence
Excessive thirst after a meal

Some tips to improve digestion
Chew, chew, chew! Digestion starts in the mouth.
Limit beverages to no more that 4 ounces (1/2 cup) with a meal and avoid ice cold beverages during a meal
Avoid consuming fruit with a meal
Consider digestive enzymes as part of your wellness regimen
Replenish good bacteria in the gut with the addition of a probiotic at bedtime
